Pick 4 Tic Tac Toe

Step 1:

For this method, we will first determine what the last two winning draws in our state were.  We will also want to determine what the hot numbers, cold numbers and overdue numbers are for our state.  For this example, we will be using the winning draws, hot numbers, cold numbers and overdue numbers from Arkansas.

April 12, 2018 winning draw: 3853

April 13, 2018 winning draw: 6125

Hot Numbers: 2, 3, 5, 1

Cold Numbers: 7, 4, 6, 0

Overdue Numbrs: 0, 4, 7, 9

Step 2:

Set up your Tic Tac Toe grid and put the winning draws on the first and third rows.

Step 3:

Now that we have the winning draws inserted into our Tic Tac Toe grid, we will now add the hot numbers to the second row and a combination of cold numbers and overdue numbers to the third row.

Step 4:

Look for numbers vertically and diagonally that can be played.
