Pick 4 Date Rundown

Step 1:

For the date rundown, you will start by choosing the date and winning numbers that you want to use for this game.  We will be using the winning numbers of 7189 which were drawn on 2/2/18 in North Carolina. Now that we have the date and numbers picked out, we will set up our columns. At the top, we will put 2218.  We get these numbers from our date 2-2-18.  If your day or month is double digits, you will drop the first number and keep the second number.

Step 2:

Now that we have our columns set up and the date inserted, we will add the winning numbers from the date underneath the 2218.  The winning numbers for this day were 7189.  Moving down each column, you will add the numbers together until you reach your winning numbers of 7189 again.  Note that we are only using single digit numbers in this game, so when you reach “9” your next number will be “0”.

Step 3:

Determine what the date sum is.  Note that your date sum can be found by adding the month and day together. 

Date Sum for 2/2/18  would be 2 + 2 = 4

Highlight all of the “4’s”.

Step 4:

Look for any numbers around “4” that can be played.
