+/- Pick 4 Box Strategy

Step 1:

Set up one box for “+” and one box for “- “.  Each box will have 5 columns and rows.

Step 2:

Once you have the boxes created, you will add the winning draw from your state diagonally in the box.  For this example, we will be using the winning numbers on January 3, 2018 in South Carolina.  The winning numbers on that day were 5, 14, 31,33, 35

Step 3:

From the bottom right corner, you will add “1” in the “+” box and subtract “1” in the “-” box all the way around until your box is completely filled in.  Note that for this game, the highest numbers is 38.  When you reach 38, you will start the next number at 1.

Step 4:

Once you have both boxes filled in, you will determine what your “date sum” is for this game.  Since we are playing double digits for this game, the date sum could be a double digit.  An example would be if we were using the winning numbers from 2/21/18 the date sum would be 2 + 21 = 23.  In this case, the date sum of the game we are currently playing is “4”, so we would keep it as a single digit.

Date Sum = 1+3 = 4

Now that we know what our date sum is, you will highlight all of the “4’s” in your boxes.  If you find that one of your boxes does not contain the date sum, you will simply highlight the number in the same spot as the box with the date sum. In this case, our “-” box does not contain any “4’s” so we will highlight the “28” in our “-“ box since it’s in the same position as the “4” in our “+” box.

Step 5:

Look for numbers in your columns and rows of your date sum for numbers to play in the next couple of weeks.
